Role Overview: *This is an on-site position* Sodexo is seeking a skilled, people-focused Human Resources Manager 2 to support HR functions for Sodexo employees at McLaren in the Lansing, MI . This role will ensure adherence to all Sodexo policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and retention. Key responisbilites include recruitment and onboarding, HR compliance and documentation, employee relations, conducting investigations, performance and evaluations, and labor management.The ideal candidate will have human resources experience with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
