JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Forging Robotics Press Operator, you will be instrumental in the forging process within the automotive manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and oversee robotic press systems to shape metal components with precision and efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Material Handling: Tagging all materials and separating them by lot numbers to ensure traceability and organization. - Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks, including visual and dimensional inspections, at appropriate intervals for both hot press and cold press operations. - Tool Usage: Utilize hand tools and power tools as required for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. - Mechanical and Quality Troubleshooting: Take ownership of mechanical and quality issues, troubleshooting them efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain production standards. - Die Cassette Maintenance: Dismantle and assemble die cassettes for both new and existing product numbers, ensuring smooth operation of hot press and cold press equipment. - Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation: Refer to drawings and schematics to understand equipment setup, operation proc...
