How You'll Shine: - Source passive and active candidates through various job boards, events, career fairs, etc. - Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews - Assist with maintaining recruiting reports ensuring accurate and timely updates - Attend recruiting events and represent the brand in a positive manner - Assist Recruiter with managing applicant flow and accurately dispositioning candidates through the various steps in Workday (Applicant Tracking System – ATS) - Documenting and processing offers, background checks, and onboarding / new hire forms. - Communicate effectively with candidates after offer acceptance and prior to Day 1 ensuring the candidate remains interested, engaged...
