The Role: We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and scale our benefit partnerships post-close. This role serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our partners—responsible for ensuring flawless execution of benefits, managing ongoing communications, and delivering a seamless experience for both partners and members. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Member Services, Product, and Operations to launch, maintain, and optimize partnerships at scale. This is a high-impact execution role that directly supports partner success and enables senior team members to focus on strategic growth and new partnership development. Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary, plus performance bonus. Total compensation varies based on experience and performance.
