Job description

The Business Applications Manager III is responsible for managing employees in the design, implementation and support of computer applications for enhanced business and related technical processes. What You Will Do: - Meet and confer with ABS Management and IMS Application Management to ensure that system improvement and expansion projects are identified, prioritized, staffed and scheduled to meet company's objectives. - Responsible for stewarding results of detailed plans and operating budgets associated with projects. - Prepares and delivers both high-level and detailed presentations to ABS management and user groups. - Manages multiple concurrent projects and ensures their completion within agreed-upon schedules and budgets. - Provides technical review advice to IMS management and staff, and as necessary to end-user management and user community. - Works with Human Resources and outside vendors to obtain necessary staffing. - Selects and supervises staff; prepares performance appraisals and provides timely performance feedback to staff members. - Handles conflict situations and resolves differences. - Communicates major status of projects, personnel, customer concerns, etc., to...
