Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Supports Supervisor and other Legal Team Members with: (i) performing legal research on various topics; (ii) reviewing contracts and other documents to prepare summaries and tracked obligations checklists; (iii) contract drafting and review; (iv) administrative tasks such as contract life cycle management, scheduling and document archiving; (v) reviewing creative materials and consumer-facing communications prepared by the marketing and sales teams for compliance with state and federal advertising, marketing, digital media, and promotion laws, and third-party intellectual property licenses; (vi) reviewing ticket, hotel and package offers; (vii) providing and applying marketing guidelines to comply with applicable laws and/or regulations; (viii) maintaining department tickler systems, status reports and corporate records; (ix) assisting attorneys in responding to document requests and compiling reports; and (x) applying for and maintaining required governmental licenses and permits.
