Sr. Forward Deployed Software Engineer Remote: Must reside in Arlington, Virginia Reports to: Echo: Direct reports: None. Delta’s provide performance feedback on other engineers and participate in company peer mentorship program. Travel: 0-10%: The Role: The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Sr FDE) serves as the technical lead responsible for the architecture, pipeline implementation, and overall delivery quality of Army Vantage dashboards and data workflows.You will coordinate directly with government stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver operational analytics capabilities that support force management and readiness decisions. Senior FDEs independently own complex implementation tasks from design through production, mentor junior engineers, and ensure sprint deliverables meet operational standards.
