The Role: The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Strategy & Business planning will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, business case development and cross-functional collaboration to advance key pharmacy business objectives. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement high-impact initiatives, measure success, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. In addition to driving key projects, this role will also maintain an overall view of all of the pharmacy division’s projects and maintaining a 3-5 year pipeline of strategic initiatives. This leader will serve as a key advisor to the Director of Pharmacy Strategic Business Planning and Project Support and may assume additional projects as assigned.
