Team Introduction: Tako is an in-app AI chatbot incubated by TikTok Search. We are a global team which aims to provide users with access to the world's information and creative content. To Tako, evaluation is important as it helps assess the quality of AI-generated content, thereby improving users' chat experience. Daily work of the team covers user research, data analysis, defining product criteria, project management and other related areas. As part of the evaluation PM team, you will be responsible to provide independent, objective, and accurate evaluation viewpoints by defining what's the best experience for our users and implementing a global evaluation plan. Your insights combined with various research data will help the entire development team continuously understand users' needs and optimize the product.
