A Sr. Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the client’s requirements regarding project functionality and standards are met as well as ensuring a successful conclusion of the project. During construction, a Sr. Project Manager must have thorough knowledge of the trades, crafts and equipment needed to complete the job, plus the ability to identify potential problems.
