SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Designer is responsible for creating designs of modular building structures using computer software and other tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create 3D renderings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed building layouts using CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) software. Ensure all designs conform to local building codes, zoning bylaws, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Prepare construction documents, project specifications, and material selections (e.g., lighting, flooring, fixtures). Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity.
