Resident Care Coordinator (OR) POSITION SUMMARY: The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) helps create a joyful and vibrant community by participating in the orientation and training of staff as assigned by community leadership and serving as a mentor and resource to team members. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Act as a lead/trainer. - Acts as on-call staff and fills in shifts when requested by the Director of Nursing Services. - Reviews assignments with Executive Director and/or Director of Nursing Services. - Reads staff communication records and maintains familiarity with resident records as required. - Assists residents with activities of daily living, assistance with medications, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence. - Provides resident services as indicated on the resident’s assessment and service plan. (This includes bathing, grooming, medication, and providing assistance or administrative duties related to daily activities/living. - Observes problems, concerns, issues with employees and/or residents and communicates them appropriately to Executive Director and Director of Nursing Services. - Records resident information as required. - Assists with t...
