The candidate will serve as premier network SME for CONUS operations; resolve complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues; lead network design, configuration, and security; manage firewalls, VPNs, IDSs; develop policies and standards Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure - Perform build, configuration, and implementation of server infrastructure both virtual and physical - Take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends to improve the overall dependability of the environment and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements - Maintain and support production environments - Write scripts and procedures for daily operations - Provide WAN/LAN/MAN support for multi-vendor environments, connectivity and configuration management, soft/firmware management - Provide VoIP support, including network configuration, QoS and CoS classifications - Provide remote...
