And we will be better with you Sensient is hiring a Quality Control Technician I - Second shift to join our team. If you are passionate about quality and food safety, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for the QC functions at the Amboy, IL facility. This role will be unique as you will be exposed to all facets of the QC department roles to assist where needed. We have a Monday through Friday 2nd Shift opening (2:00PM – 10:30PM) ; hours and shifts may vary due to business needs; may occasionally cover weekend hours. What you’ll do: - Ensure high-quality products enter and exit the lab - Assist with lab window coverage, testing products to ensure they meet specifications. - Problem-solve and communicate with external labs and departments as needed. - Manage retains and controls for the area, and assist with the Raw Material Program.
