Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests’ bar/dining experience in an expeditious and professional manner. Interacts with the bar guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary experience. Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned and when processing credit card payment transactions. Works efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and body language to deliver superior guest service at all times. Markets the venue and its events as well as other company venues and events as designated.
