What you’ll do: As Manager, Minor Works, you’ll lead the delivery of small to medium-scale property works that enhance the condition, safety and functionality of community housing homes. You’ll oversee planned maintenance and the full minor works process, from inspections, scoping and cost estimates through to contractor coordination, quality assurance, defect management and final documentation.
