Description NATECH is seeking candidates to fill a role on a contract supporting Joint Ballistic Missile Defense Training & Education Center of Excellence (JBTEC). Training Instructor Specialists will provide Joint Missile Defense (MD) and/or Missile Warning (MW) training course instruction to ensure trained and ready MD/MW forces in service to the warfighter and the nation. Training Specialists will be experienced in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC), other operational MW information displays, and Global Sensor Management (GSM) to provide superior training in support of real world operations Training Instructor Specialists will deliver instruction and conduct student surveys once training is completed and capture results in a digital record to assess course curriculum and instructor delivery of training material. Senior Training Specialists will advise and assist the Government in maintaining JBTEC’s accreditation as a Joint Center of Excellence by sustaining the Joint Evaluation Criteria that is comprised of Administration, Customer Mission Focus, Learning & Innovation, and Internal & Joint Processes.
