Job Description Overview: Our Infrastructure Solutions (IS) Business Unit (BU) is seeking an industry leader to serve as our Rail and Transit Division Manager for the US Mid-Atlantic Region. The selected candidate will direct and oversee the assignments, activities, and resources of a Market Sector housed within a client-facing Business Unit (BU). Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to other Division Managers, Project Directors, and Project Managers within the Rail and Transit (R&T) Sector to ensure the proper execution of projects within the assigned Region, as well as provide expert input for nationwide opportunities and projects. Actively works with IS Director, Business Development and Strategy (BD&S) Director, BU Market Lead, and BU Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement strategy and encourage cross-selling. Ultimately responsible for client relations, quality control, safety, and financial performance for the assigned Sector. Typically, responsible for annual revenues between $20M-$50M.
