Description The NYU School of Professional Studies (NYU SPS) seeks an accomplished scholar-practitioner to serve as Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor and Academic Director for the M.S. in Human Capital Management (HCM) program within the Division of Programs in Business. (The rank of the position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.) This dual appointment combines excellence in teaching and industry engagement with academic leadership. The successful candidate will shape the next generation of HR-technology education, advance applied research, and oversee the day-to-day academic and operational leadership of the HCM department and affiliated graduate programs. This full-time position is a nine-month appointment with a two-year renewable faculty contract; the Academic Director role is an annual, twelve-month administrative appointment that runs concurrent with the faculty role. Primary Responsibilities: In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base faculty salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000.
