Your next opportunity We are seeking an experienced and accountable Terminal Operations Supervisor to lead safe. High-performing operations at our St Peters Terminal. The St Peters Terminal is a critical operational site, responsible for coordinating rail movements, managing materials, and ensuring safe and efficient day‑to‑day terminal activities As a key leader on site, you will oversee daily rail operations, set clear expectations, and lead a diverse team of operators while embedding a strong safety‑led and performance‑driven culture. Reporting to the Terminals Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the safe, efficient and productive operation of the terminal, holding yourself and the team accountable for behaviours, standards and outcomes. This role will suit a solutions‑focused people leader with a strong commitment to safety and a genuine interest in building a positive, engaged and high‑performing team.
