Data Center Facilities Technician, Electrical

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of electrical experience (e.g., electrical testing equipment or electrical distribution) in an industrial or commercial environment. - Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts. - Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors. Preferred qualifications: - Experience planning and executing installation, commissioning, and equipment startup, following industry best practices and protocols. - Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment. - Understanding of mechanical systems in data center environments and controls/monitoring systems. - Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
