This role oversees the development of dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and data analytics that empower leadership, sales, operations, and finance teams to make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to define key metrics and reporting needs. Build and maintain scalable data models and automated reporting systems. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across internal reporting systems. Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
