Description The Dissemination Specialist is a mission-critical role within the Data Capabilities Division (DCD), responsible for the high-precision transfer and synchronization of all-source and single-source intelligence across disparate security domains. Serving as the primary engine for the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), this role ensures that national-to-tactical intelligence products are discoverable and accessible to U.S. forces, joint task forces, and multinational coalition partners. The specialist mitigates Unauthorized Disclosure of Classified Information (UDCI) through rigorous Two-Person Reliable Human Reviews and automated "dirty word" screening, directly enabling the sustainment of a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) across JWICS, SIPRNET, and coalition networks.
