Description Competitive starting rate of $21.00 per hour Program Specialist - Life Sharing Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc. , a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our team in our IDD Residential Services Division. The Program Specialist - Life Sharing (Program Specialist) is responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of the IDD Life Sharing program, including the homes and Life Sharing providers. The Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the Life Sharing homes are always operating in accordance with policies, state regulations, and within the constraints of all contract agreements. the Program Specialist manages and evaluates the program's progress, supervises the providers, and ensures the program maintains licensing. The Program Specialist is responsible for managing financial stability of the program and meeting budget requirements. The Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring the program operates in accordance with any regulation or operating instructions. This position reports to the Director of IDD Residential Services.
