We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Orlando, Tampa and Miami teams. The ideal candidate is located in Orlando or Tampa. Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: - Entirely responsible for the success of the regions, working closely with the Senior Regional Director and leadership team in setting, driving and implementing regional operating strategy. - Recruit and manage BCBA staff and region’s clinical team, providing direction and inspiring leadership, role modeling high performance and achieving company and regional business metrics. - Devote majority of attention and time to generating new clients, recruiting and hiring staff, quickl...
