Job Overview: The LPL Strategic Initiatives team is seeking an AVP with a strong background in both strategy and project management to help LPL solve complex challenges and become the best firm in wealth management. As a trusted team member, you will analyze data to help develop strategic recommendations, lead cross-functional working groups to drive outcomes on key strategic initiatives, and act as a project manager across multiple workstreams to ensure that projects are advancing on schedule. The ideal candidate for this role has a combination of business acumen, wealth management experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and project management experience to assist with the development and delivery of our strategy.
