At Hapag-Lloyd, we will support the further development of your skills in our culturally diverse, stimulating environment as you help us grow our customer base. As the Coordinator of Customer Onboarding, you will facilitate the implementation of the customer agreement within the Hapag Lloyd organization. This includes providing timely responses to customer inquiries; preparing schedule of contacts for customers in the onboarding process and collaborating with sales, finance, operations, and customer service as needed to assure timely execution of service delivery requirement according to the terms & conditions of the customer agreement. Industry experience with working knowledge across commercial, customer service and operations. Good time management & communication skills. Goal and deadline driven. Good communication skills. Maintains a network of colleagues across functions and able to build positive relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of FIS and other HL systems, including digital products suite.
