Job overview: The Vice President, Operational Excellence & Chief of Staff leads the Care Teams Operational Excellence function as a major department within Care Delivery. This VP is an integrative leader responsible for designing and leading the AI Forward, Care Teams Management System that connects the Care Team verticals—including Health Coaching, Clinical Operations, Member Services, Operational Innovation, Musculoskeletal Care, and Supply Chain—into a cohesive, high-performing operating model in service of a seamless member experience and reliable, scalable Care Team operations. This leader owns the Care Teams Management System, driving strategic integration, business cadence reviews, cross-vertical coordination, and AI forward continuous performance improvement across the organization.
