Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Retail Supervisor, you will oversee gift shop associates on their designated shift, ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction with every customer interaction and sales opportunity. You will report to the Retail Shift Manager or Retail Manager on duty. Primary Tasks: - You will oversee Cashiers to include resolving associate performance issues, conducting performance management with staff (Reviews, address sub-standard performance), promoting teamwork and inclusiveness, auditing/inspecting work of your team to ensure standards are met and training. - Ensure individual sales, retention, and customer experience targets are met to support the manager in the achievement of financial and operational goals including expense control, loss prevention and safety. - Oversee and assist sales functions including POS systems, cash handling, and daily reporting.
