Description Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions, the Admissions Operations and Communications Manager directs the day-to-day procedures and processing of the Office of Admission both within admission systems and physical documents. Overseeing a receptionist and team of student workers, this position ensures that all visitors and prospective students to CalArts receive excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries. Working closely with the Admissions Review Coordinator, this position ensures that all of the systems used in the Office of Admission are maintained and functioning in a way that increases efficiency in office processes. The Admissions Operations and Communications Manager will oversee the sending of all email communications coming from Admissions.
