POSITION TITLE: CLEANING ATTENDANT: REPORTS TO: Office Manager: SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the company office areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: On a daily basis: empty trash cans, dust (desks, tables, receptionist area, etc.), vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe windows and counter-tops, clean company kitchen area. On a regular basis: mop tiled floor area, dust window blinds Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies Comply with company policies and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by management. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Maintain neat and clean appearance at all times Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following: Two years janitorial experience Ability to keep accurate inventories of cleaning supplies TECHNICAL SKILLS: Ability to operate cleaning equipment: PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
