The IT Vendor Manager will play a critical role in ensuring vendor performance, cost efficiency, contract compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives. A taster of what you will be involved with: Vendor Strategy & Governance - Develop and execute a global vendor management strategy aligned with Infrastructure & Cloud objectives. - Establish vendor governance frameworks, performance scorecards, and service review cadences. - Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic technology partners. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across vendor engagements Contract & Commercial Management: - Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with Procurement and Legal. - Ensure SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and compliance requirements are clearly defined and monitored. - Manage vendor budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and financial forecasting. - Identify and mi...
