InterRent REIT is seeking a Property Cleaner to join our operations team at our Forest Ridge Community. This hands-on role is ideal for a reliable cleaning professional with a customer-first mindset who is committed to helping create and maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for our residents. Compensation: Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities typically expected of a cleaning professional, responsibilities will include: - $17.60 - $19.00/hr based on skills and experience. - Additionally, all employees participate in our comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, dental, and prescription drug coverage for both employees and their dependents. - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas to ensure high hygiene standards. - Empty garbage and ensure that waste is disposed of safely and properly. - Perform occasional deep cleaning including scrubbing baseboards, cleaning appliances, and refinishing floors. - Respond to any cleaning work orders submitted by the property management team. - Occasionally engage in snow removal during winter months....
