Scope of Position: As a Service Field Supervisor, you will be essential to the ALC business through guiding and overseeing Field Engineers. We are looking for someone who can motivate their employees to grow and foster a positive team morale, dedicated to providing our customers with the best products and services. You will plan and set goals for your team, solve difficult problems, explain policies and procedures, and collaborate with other departments on processes.
