We are currently seeking experienced Plant Maintenance Mechanics with strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge in electrical controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance systems for our Modesto Manufacturing Facility. Requirements: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and processing equipment - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant systems - Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives - Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards ?
