This dynamic, strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial management and operational controls at our Union Grove site . This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday . As a key business partner to the local operations team, the position plays a critical part in driving financial performance, ensuring fiscal discipline, and enabling strategic decision‑making through robust analysis, forecasting, and financial insight. This role leads financial reporting, cost management, and variance analysis—providing leadership with actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. The position will also work proactively with site leadership to develop and deploy operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable financial strategies aligned with long‑term business objectives.
