Overview: The Behavior Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring a full range of behavioral services for students based on their individually assessed needs. This role provides clinical leadership within the Elizabeth Lee Black School and serves as the designated Mental Health Professional, ensuring behavioral supports are delivered ethically, effectively, and in compliance with applicable regulations and professional standards. The Behavior Services Coordinator partners closely with interdisciplinary teams, supervises mental health staff, and supports the development, oversight, and continuous improvement of behavioral programming while upholding students’ human and legal rights.
