The Retail Coffeebar Area Managers oversees 5 locations in the Los Angeles area (Venice, Hollywood, Silver Lake, Santa Monica, and Pasadena). They are responsible for the overall success of the coffeebars achieving their business goals from staffing, budgeted sales and profitability. They ensure that the Intelligentsia standards and values are being upheld daily.
