Job Description Title: Sr. Service Engineer: Pioneer the next generation of innovation. Join us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance. Position Summary: This position is responsible for Quality Service Manager topics, KPI’s, non-conformities relating to the company’s strategic/direct customers. This includes the job functions listed below. Key Accountabilities: Primary point of contact for assigned customers on Quality topics. Guide the company towards exceeding respective customer quality metrics. This includes tracking and reporting customer Quality KPIs; identifying improvement areas; and working with stakeholders to identify and implement corrective measures. Investigate product failures (found at enclosure vendors, customer complaints and issues logged in various platforms along the site installation process.) to determine validity of claims and determine the source/causer of non-conformances.
