Position Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for Managed Accounts and Segments across North America. Proactively creating efficiencies and implementing processes for continuous improvement is essential for optimizing product flow from supplier to customer. The Customer Supply Chain Specialist is a critical liaison between GFS Supply Chain and its diverse partners, fostering strong internal and external customer relationships built on trust and expertise. By collaborating with assigned partners, the Specialist ensures demand and inventory requirements are met for both ongoing and new business, maximizing service levels and driving customer satisfaction.
