Category Administrator Application Deadline: 13 May 2026: Department: Finance: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Head Office - Birmingham: Reporting To: Tracy Kaempfe: Compensation: £31,000 - £33,968 / year Description: We are seeking two Procurement Category Administrators to help drive a fast‑paced, efficient and compliant tendering programme. In this role, you’ll work at the centre of our procurement function, collaborating with stakeholders across all Directorates and the Department for Transport. You’ll play an active part in key meetings and help strengthen governance and policy compliance across our organisation. Hybrid working from our Birmingham Head Office. Key Responsibilities: - Provide core administrative support, including minute‑taking, data entry, scheduling and document management. - Support procurement exercises by maintaining compliant audit trails and accurate records. - Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain supplier and contract databases to ensure compliance and performance. - Manage purchase orders and supplier information in the e‑procurement system, and support colleagues with procurement processes. - Contribute to sustainable p...
