This includes those with complicated health requirements who are often placed in the ‘too hard basket’. About the Role... We are seeking a full-time (but open to part-time job share for the right candidates) Clinical Nurse Coordinator with an understanding of the NDIS Quality Standards. As a member of the clinical team, you will work closely with the Home Care Team to help manage aspects of clinical care within the business. You will be overseeing a team of nurses and support workers and ensuring excellent high standard of patient care is received by all.
