Job description

Position Summary: Provides leadership and program management support for site and corporate driven projects such as technology transfers, production conversions, product transitions, facility modifications, and new construction. Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. This includes program definition, implementation and continuous improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. - Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. - Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. - Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. - Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion. - Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. - Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine system improv...
