The CMO coordinates the work of case managers delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to regulatory agencies. This position reports to the Manager of the CMO. Position Summary: The Case Management Office Intern will assist in optimizing management controls, work plans, standards, and training to support proactively planned and effectively managed work. This role will accelerate the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and PMP methodologies, enabling Intake & Agency Reporting to leverage Change Management practices when driving compliance excellence across internal and external stakeholders.
