We are currently seeking a Transitional Counselor. The Transitional Counselor provides high-quality re-entry services to people returning from NYC jails. This includes assessment, service planning, referrals, case management, group facilitation, and other services as needed. The Transitional Counselor may go into jail facilities or reentry hotels or do other fieldwork.
