Position Summary: Partners with Marketing leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive membership growth and retention, and overall enterprise expansion. It oversees multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, community outreach, and partnerships with providers, health plans, and brokers to strengthen market presence and patient engagement. With a focus on the Medicare line of business, the position also ensures regulatory compliance, aligns marketing with operational and clinical goals, and leads the marketing team’s performance and development.
