Endourologist - Assistant Professor of Urology

The Department of Urology at Stanford University seeks a fellowship-trained endourologist to join the Department as Assistant Professor in the University Medical Line. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both surgical and non-surgical management of kidney stone disease, along with an exemplary track record in patient care and teaching. Additionally, the candidate will have a background in translational and/or clinical research, with the potential to develop an independent research program and secure extramural funding. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the University Medical Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Individuals appointed as Assistant Professors will have completed their house staff training and, where appropriate, postdoctoral fellowship training.
