Job Title: Manager - Project Design Location: Wisconsin (Remote): Job Type: Full-time: Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Manager, Project Design to support our Design and Preconstruction efforts in the Heavy Industrial and Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in creating millwright, fabrication and rigging solutions with a focus on hygienic environments and food grade design. Experience in plumbing and/or resinous flooring systems a plus. This role combines the leadership and direct responsibilities of technical consultation, engineering, detailing, and estimating to meet the unique needs of our customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of engineers across our portfolio of industrial services. Services include resinous flooring, sanitary drains, equipment rigging, millwright services, sanitary and structural platforms, custom fabrication, and crane services. - Prepare and present technical proposals and cost estimates tailored to F&B production and other industrial facilities and their specific regulatory and operational requirements. - Work closely with the technical sa...
