The Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team. This hybrid role will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This position is only open to Arizona residents. What you will do: Codes all invoices into proper accounts for payment. Inputs invoices for payment into accounting software. Audits purchasing cards transactions and identifies issues, discrepancies, errors, etc. and resolves or elevates to management Processes expense reimbursements.
