Qualifications Due to growth, we're now recruiting for a Senior Test Engineer to join our Investcentre team and help enhance our award-winning platform. You will be joining a team which has a philosophy of continuous improvement, and a strong focus on engineering excellence. What does the job involve?: - Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement and working in a high-performance engineering team. - Work with the team to design and deliver high quality products. - At AJ Bell we pair programme, and in most cases will pair with other members of the team. What you'll have: - Understand and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements. - Lead conversations in stand-up, refinement, and retrospective sessions. - Automation - fix, maintain, and write new automation tests for our websites and API’s. - Lead others in using various testing tools to meet test requirements. - Experienced and confident enough to have input with developers and their approach to development level testing. - Mentor junior test engineers.
